A wrist watch charging assembly comprises a charging cable (10), an external charging interface (11) and a charging connector (12) electrically connected to two ends of the charging cable, and a mobile pin (13) electrically connected to a circuit board (2) in a watch casing (1). The charging cable and a watch band (3) are fixed with respect to each other, and the charging connector is attached, via magnetic attraction, to a watch cover (4) to be conducted to the mobile pin. Also disclosed is a wrist watch having the wrist watch charging assembly. By integrating the wrist watch charging assembly in a watch band of a wrist watch, a user can conveniently charge the watch by plugging the external charging interface to an external power supply, so as to eliminate the reliance on an external data cable and bring great convenience to the user. At the same time, the end of the charging connector connected to the mobile pin can optionally engage in an accommodating recess (3a) in the watch band, and the external charging interface can optionally engage in a charging interface cover (3b) on the watch band, such that the structure of the wrist watch is more compact.
