The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for dental treatment which can precisely control the operating position of a hand piece for treating teeth so as to enable precise surgery and treatment, a dental treatment system including same, and a dental treatment method using the auxiliary device for dental treatment. An auxiliary device for dental treatment according to the present invention comprises: a tooth fixing part formed to correspond to the mouth of a patient by utilizing 3D mouth image information obtained by capturing images of the mouth of the patient; a base part on which the tooth fixing part is supported; a first driving unit installed on the base part to be capable of 3-axis movement; a hand piece supported on the first driving unit; and a second driving unit installed on the hand piece and formed such that an operating part provided on an end of the hand piece is capable of pivoting about 2 axes of rotation or more.
