A corner insulating wall for a membrane-type storage tank, according to the present invention, comprises: an insulating layer which is for insulating the inner space of a liquefied natural gas storage tank from the outside and has a bent shape so as to be provided on the corner of the liquefied natural gas storage tank; a first sealing wall attachment layer which is attached along the bent edge of the insulating layer; and a second sealing wall attachment layer which is positioned away from the first sealing wall attachment layer and is attached on the insulating layer. Therefore, a membrane-type storage tank, according to the present invention, can have a second sealing wall formed from stainless steel, cope with thermal deformation and enable easy attachment to an insulating wall.
