WASTE GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR CRANKCASE

A waste gas treatment system for a crankcase, comprising a crankcase valve chamber cover (1), a ventilation opening (11) provided on the crankcase valve chamber cover (1), an air filter (2), an air filter element (21) provided in the air filter (2), and an oil-water separator (3) provided at the bottom of the air filter (2). The oil-water separator (3) comprises a waste gas inlet (32), a combustible gas mixture outlet (34), a condensing means (33) provided in the oil-water separator (3), and an oil-water settling chamber (31) disposed at the bottom of the oil-water separator (3). The waste gas inlet (32) is located above the oil-water settling chamber (31), and a drain outlet (311) is provided at the bottom of the oil-water settling chamber (31). A ventilation corrugated pipe (12) is provided between the waste gas inlet (32) and the ventilation opening (11). Waste gas of the crankcase sequentially passes through the ventilation corrugated pipe (12) and the oil-water separator (3), and then a combustible gas mixture is obtained. The combustible gas mixture enters an inlet gas combustion system through the air filter element (21). By means of the apparatus, waste engine oil vapor and water vapor in the waste gas of the crankcase can be converted into liquid and discharged before entering the inlet gas combustion system, thereby avoiding pollution of the waste gas of the crankcase to the inlet gas combustion system and a tail gas purifying system.
