Provided in the present invention are a projecting method and device for a projector. The method comprises: acquiring projection obstacle information in a projection region, wherein, the projection obstacle information is configured to indicate whether an obstacle is in a first projection region of a first projector and whether an obstacle is in a second projection region of a second projector; if the projection obstacle information indicates that an obstacle is in the first projection region and no obstacle is in the second projection region, transmitting to the second projector projection instruction information configured to instruct the second projector to synchronously project current projection content of the first projector. The present invention improves quality of a projection screen by addressing a problem in which projection of a projector is likely to be blocked, and a projection screen is influenced.
