The present invention relates to a water flow power generation device for generating power by using foldable bodies, the device comprising: a first upper water wheel rotatably provided at a first column; a first lower water wheel; a first wire and a second wire performing caterpillar track movements by being wound around a second upper water wheel and a second lower water wheel rotatably provided at a second column; and a plurality of foldable bodies provided by connecting the first wire and the second wire. The water flow power generation device enables the first wire and the second wire to perform the caterpillar track movements in accordance with the unfolding and folding, according to a water flow, of a folding means of the foldable bodies provided in the first wire and the second wire, such that the first upper water wheel, the first lower water wheel, the second upper water wheel, and the second lower water wheel rotate, thereby enabling power to be generated in a power generation unit.
