Embodiments of the invention provide systems, methods and apparatus for pelvic floor exercise. The invention includes an anchor adapted for insertion into a user's body; a cord coupled to the anchor and adapted to extend external to the user's body when the anchor is inserted internal to the user's body; and a weight system adapted to be removably coupled to the cord.
