A method for acquiring technology information during car door opening using facial recognition technology and a recognition system. The method comprises: recording one or more pieces of face image information, and car door opening information, seat position information, rear-view mirror positions, and an in-vehicle rear-view mirror position corresponding to the face image information (S100); detecting face image information (S101); determining whether the face image information exists (S102); if not, maintaining the original status (S103); and if yes, opening the car door, adjusting the seat position, the rear-view mirror positions, and the in-vehicle rear-view mirror position, and sending technology usage data to a data acquisition end preset by the manufacturer (S104). The technical solution can automatically adjust a seat, rear-view mirror, and an in-vehicle rear-view mirror when a user opens a car door, and improve riding comfort. Meanwhile, by means of timely feedback after the use of the technology, the manufacture can effectively acquire usage situations of the related technology in time.
