A data acquisition method during matching between weather and resource recommendation, and a recommendation system, relating to the field of automobiles. The method comprises: recording tags corresponding to resources and a list of resources that have been listened to (S100); recording, when a user listens to resources, the quantities of the tags of resources listened to by the user corresponding to a current weather condition (S101); setting the tags of resources that are most frequently listened to by the user corresponding to past weather conditions as user preferences (S102); and recommending, to the user according to the current weather condition, a resources that has a tag which is set as a user preference in current weather and that has not been listened to by the user, and sending technology usage data to a data acquisition end preset by a manufacturer (S103). The solution enables a vehicle-mounted computer to perform personalized customization according to personal preferences, reduces manual operations, and makes the vehicle-mounted computer more humanized. Furthermore, by means of timely feedback after use of the technology, the manufacturer can conveniently, timely and effectively acquire usage information of the related technology.
