Disclosed is a sea grape extract, wherein a preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: beating and mixing the sea grape and pure water well at a weight ratio of 1 : 1-20, stirring at 20-100°C for 30-120 minutes, the resulting liquid from the first filtration being the sea grape extract; the sea grape extract can be further subjected to second filtration, followed by sequentially filtering same through GE microfiltration membrane type number EW, PW and DK film filtration, so as to obtain the sea grape essence extract after drying. The sea grape extract can inhibit allergies and does not cause allergies, and can be used in cosmetics and foods.
