An information pushing method for the falling-down reason confirmation technology, and a confirmation system, which fall within the field of the Internet. The method comprises: recording a user's fingerprint (S101); according to a triggering instruction of the user's fingerprint, sending falling-down reason confirmation information to a certificate authority system (S102); receiving confirmation information returned by the certificate authority system (S103); and playing the confirmation information, and pushing patent information to the user (S104). In the method, when the elderly person falls down, a user on site and a certificate authority quickly confirm falling-down forensics information about the elderly person, so that the elderly person can be taken up quickly, legally and relievedly, and the elderly person can be led to leave a dangerous area; and at the same time, the interest of a patentee or an applicant is also highlighted.
