A rut-resistant road pavement structure comprises the following layers sequentially disposed from bottom to top: a semi-rigid subbase course (1); an SBS modified emulsified asphalt binding layer (2); an asphalt concrete bottom surface course (3) in which a type II latex cement mortar penetrates aspha an asphalt concrete middle surface course (4) in which a type I latex cement mortar penetrates aspha and a highly viscous SMA-13 modified asphalt concrete top surface course (5). Also disclosed is a pavement method of the rut-resistant road pavement structure. The rut-resistant road pavement structure mitigates the problem in which middle and bottom surface courses of a road pavement having a semi-rigid subbase course contribute greatly to the formation of ruts under a high temperature and a heavy load, and is favorable for preventing formation of cracks, thereby improving overall capabilities of a surface course and a subbase course to resist distortion, shortening construction and maintenance time, and greatly reducing costs.
