GROUP CALL DOWNLINK DATA PACKET TRANSMISSION METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE

A group call downlink data packet transmission method, for use in effectively enhancing bearer network transmission efficiency and core network performance under the scenario of group call downlink transmission, thereby enhancing the capacity and performance of cluster services. In some feasible implementation manners of the present invention, the method comprises: a core network device establishes a multicast distribution tree for a group initiating a group call when the core network device receives a group call request, the multicast distribution tree using the core network device as a multicast source and using at least one base station to which multiple terminals in the group belong as a leaf node; the core network device distributes group call downlink data packets to the at least one base station by means of the multicast distribution tree, so that the group call downlink data packets are forwarded to multiple terminals by the at least one base station; and the core network device deletes the multicast distribution tree when the group call ends.
