The present invention relates to an immunity diagnosis method that carries out an immunological diagnosis by using a patch that stores an antibody, and an immunity diagnosis method according to one aspect of the present invention uses a patch, which comprises a net structure having micro-cavities and can store a liquid material in the micro-cavities, in order to carry out diagnosis by detecting a target protein from a sample that is subject to diagnosis, the method comprising the steps of: positioning, in a reaction area, the sample that is to be subject to diagnosis; and transferring an antibody to the reaction area by using a patch storing an antibody that specifically reacts with the target protein.
