The actuarial alerting method for a medical insurance fund comprises the steps of: extracting medical insurance fund data from a medical insurance database system, performing screening and format conversion processing on the medical insurance fund data, and storing the processed medical insurance fund data into a first data repository; performing actuarial prediction on the obtained medical insurance fund data to obtain a actuarial prediction result of the medical insurance fund data, and transmitting the actuarial prediction result to a second data repository for storage; comparing the actuarial prediction result with a preset range; and generating alarm information when the actuarial prediction result exceeds the preset range and displaying the actuarial prediction result and the alarm information on a display. The present invention improves the accuracy of the actuarial prediction on a medical insurance fund, and implements effective monitoring and alerting of the operation security of the medical insurance fund.
