Provided is a technique for readily suppressing the influx of an adhesive toward a counterpart-side connection portion at a low cost. This heatshrink-tube-equipped electrical wire (1) comprises a heatshrink tube (18) attached in a shrunken state via a hot-melt adhesive (19) onto a core wire portion (14) exposed to the exterior of an electrical wire (12) and a core wire crimping portion (25) from a terminal (20). A through-hole (28h) is formed on a coupling portion (28) of the terminal (20), and is for attaching a facing part (32) in such a manner as to face one end of the heatshrink tube (18). One end surface (18E) of the heatshrink tube (18) is disposed on a side among the peripheral edge portions of the through-hole (28h) that is closer to the electrical wire (12) than an edge portion (281), which is on the side of a counterpart-side connection portion (22).
