The finger arteriolar dilatability continuous screening program continuously screens for a blood vessel dilation reaction in the finger arteries with each heartbeat during reactive hyperemia, said program causing a computer to function as: a resting pulse wave storing unit that stores a resting pulse wave from when a finger to be screened and a control finger have been pressed in a predetermined sequence while in a resting state prior to avascularization; a reperfusion pulse wave storing unit that stores a reperfusion pulse wave from when each finger has been continuously pressed at a certain pressure during reperfusion after avascularization; a NPV calculating unit that calculates the NPV natural logarithmic transformation value (lnNPV) of each finger and/or a blood volume (BV) calculating unit that calculates the BV of each finger; and a blood vessel dilation reaction index calculating unit that calculates a blood vessel dilation reaction index on the basis of the lnNVP and/or the BV.
