PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK ARCHITECTURE, METHOD FOR PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK ARCHITECTURE TO IMPLEMENT DATA TRANSMISSION, AND OPTICAL NETWORK DEVICE
Disclosed are a passive optical network architecture, a method for the passive optical network architecture to implement data transmission, and an optical network device. The architecture comprises an optical line terminal (OLT) supporting a plurality of channels, and one or more optical network units (ONUs) supporting one or more channels and located under a same optical distribution network (ODN). The OLT/ONUs are arranged to obtain the number of channels supporting data transmission and/or the corresponding channels and a sending state of the supporting channels, and allocating data to be transmitted to one or more of the supporting channels for transmission, the data being preferentially transmitted on the channel having the earliest sending start time, and a send end time on the channel transmitting the data being close to or ending at a sending end time. The ONUs/OLT are arranged to receive data on channels supported by themselves, and correspondingly reassemble the data according to a send rule. The present invention allows an OLT supporting a plurality of wavelengths to control ONUs supporting different wavelength numbers and wavelengths, implements flexible channel binding, and makes full use of bandwidth.
