The present invention relates to a method of screening substances for treating a gastric cancer using activities of a neurotensin receptor, capable of predicting a side effect of a candidate material at an early stage by analyzing an influence exerted on a signal transfer path of the neurotensin receptor. According to one aspect, the method includes incubating a gastric cancer cell and a candidate substance; measuring the level of phosphorylation of one or more proteins present on the signal transfer path of the neurotensin receptor in the cell; and determining the candidate substance as a substance for treating gastric cancer when the phosphorylation level of the protein is lower than that of a control cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
