Disclosed are a device and a method for voxelizing a three-dimensional model and assigning an attribute to each voxel. A device for voxelizing a three-dimensional model and assigning an attribute to each voxel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a solid figure generating unit forming an offset model by separating multiple polygonal figures forming a surface of a three-dimensional mesh model at a predetermined distance in an inner side of the three-dimensional mesh model and connecting the multiple polygonal figures to corresponding polygonal figures of the offset model separately; a surface proximity voxel extracting unit converting the three-dimensional mesh model into multiple voxels and extracting the voxels overlapped with the multiple unit solid figures among the multiple voxels as surface proximity voxels; and a voxel attribute calculating unit calculating each attribute of the surface proximity voxels according to attributes of the unit solid figures intersecting with each surface proximity voxel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
