Provided is a method for preparing a napped knitted fabric with flexibility, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a knitted fabric by using a polyester-based latent high crimp expression fabric, having a latent crimp rate of 150% or more and an elongation recovery rate of 90% or more in moist heat conditions, as a fabric of a basic structure part; manufacturing a napped knitted fabric by napping a fabric for a polyester-based napped yarn with respect to the knitted fabric; and performing heat moist treatment to the napped knitted fabric. Also, provided is a napped knitted fabric with flexibility, which has flexibility, is soft, and is voluminous.
