The present invention relates to a method for applying VFX post-processing using projection mapping in a 360° viewing VR content production process, which comprises: a first step of analyzing spatial values of existing imaging data to generate a virtual space; a second step of deriving camera data; a third step of substituting and applying environment data of the existing imaging data to the virtual space and generating a camera projection mapping source; a fourth step of deriving actual imaging data, applying a rotoscoping method to the camera projection mapping source to substitute and synthesize the actual imaging date to the existing data; and a fifth step of generating a displacement map (10) and matching the displacement map (10) and the three-dimensional value of the existing imaging data to derive final results. Accordingly, the method for applying VFX post-processing using projection mapping in a 360° viewing VR content production process according to the present invention has remarkable effects in that elements interfering with immersion of a user in actual imaging VR content are removed and various post-processing techniques having been used for existing images can be effectively converted and thereby applied.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
