The present invention relates to adaptive energy management scheduling system and method for a hybrid energy storage system linked with renewable energy. The adaptive energy management scheduling system includes a wired/wireless communication interface for interconnecting devices constituting the energy management system or external devices to transmit information to each other, and an energy storage system (ESS) charge/discharge control scheduling module which performs scheduling for setting an energy storage/discharge control mode of the ESS through combined application of adaptive system scheduling based on power fluctuation plan and power usage, and new renewable energy compensation scheduling that reflects a generated amount of new renewable energy. Therefore, more efficient energy resource management of new renewable energy can be carried out.
