ROASTED SKEWERED HONEY-FILLED RICE CAKE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a roasted skewered honey-filled rice cake and a production method thereof. More specifically, provided is a roasted skewered honey-filled rice cake which offers crispy textures and a sweet flavor and also looks good. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: mixing nonglutinous rice along with natural ingredients including sweet pumpkin, mugwort, purple sweet potato, yellow cheese; pounding the mixture in a mortar and then steaming the same so as to produce rice cake; inserting ingredients with various flavors for stuffing into a honey-filled rice cake molder; arranging 5-6 pieces of honey-filled rice cake made in 3 cm in the diameter in the listed order: white, yellow, green, purple, and white; baking the honey-filled rice cake after placing the same on a heated mold frame; skewering a lump of honey-filled rice cakes on a skewer; and applying maple syrup, strawberry jam, grape jam, grain syrup according to one′s preference.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
