The present invention relates to a small phase shifter which has characteristics of a linear phase displacement for a voltage and enables a 360° phase displacement for a wideband signal having a band of 1.5GHz-2.4GHz, and a wideband feedforward amplifier that may output a stable amplification signal for an input signal having a wideband using the same. In the wideband phase shifter and the wideband feedforward amplifier according to the present invention, the wideband phase shifter is configured such that a plurality of phase shifting sectors that change phases for input frequencies in accordance with voltage levels are sequentially coupled to each other, the respective phase shifting sectors are coupled in series to each other to have a form in which a reverse voltage is applied to first and second varactor diodes of each phase shifting sector, each inductor has one end coupled to between the corresponding first and second varactor diodes and the other end that is grounded, and the power supply voltage is distributed and provided to the first and second varactor diode of each phase shifting sector in a parallel form through a bias resistor. Phases of wideband input frequencies are shifted by 180 degrees by controlling a supply power level transferred to the phase shifter based on voltage levels corresponding to frequency bands of input signals, and thus, the input frequencies are output in a state in which IMD frequencies that are generated when the input frequencies are amplified are removed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
