The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing flower extract of Heptacodium miconioides and an extraction method of the flower extract of the Heptacodium miconioides. The extraction method of the flower extract of the Heptacodium miconioides comprises the steps of: administering a solvent which applies C1-C4 alcohol, preferably methanol anhydrous or ethanol and water to the Heptacodium miconioides; heating and extracting the Heptacodium miconioides which is solvent-administered in an extractor with a reflux condenser at the certain temperature for the certain time.
