The present invention relates to a system and method for automatically generating a per-type energy performance detailed statement in real time based on energy Building Information Modeling (BIM) by using an information communication technology supporting architectural design practice. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method for automatically generating a per-type energy performance detailed statement in real time based on energy BIM which is a software technology performed by the Revit based on a BIM technology.
