The present invention relates to a method for forming a bezel pattern, a bezel pattern formed thereby and a panel including the bezel pattern. According to the method for forming the bezel pattern, the present invention comprises: a step of forming the bezel pattern on a boundary; a step of forming the bezel pattern in an image pixel area after inkjet printing; a step of removing hardening shrink by leveling of the bezel pattern; and a step of forming secondary hardening shrunk bezel pattern. The present invention obtains the bezel pattern with excellent optical density and excellent flatness of a surface, thereby preventing disconnection and securing adhesiveness between the bezel and a printed and deposited electrode when a wire, such as an electrode or the like, is printed and deposited on the bezel pattern.
