The present invention provides a toilet seat cover supplying a sanitary toilet seat cover. The toilet seat cover supplying the sanitary toilet seat cover comprising a toilet seat and a toilet cover. The toilet seat cover supplying the sanitary toilet seat cover also comprises: the toilet seat mounted on the upper part of a toilet and having a discharge hole penetrated in the toilet seat; a first cover connected to the toilet seat to rotate and having a through hole on one side of the lower part, a hanging unit formed in the upper part of the through hole on the bottom of the toilet cover to be connected to the through hole in the longitudinal direction, a lead-in roller formed on one side of the through hole, a connection groove formed on the front surface, and a first connection unit formed on the rear surface, wherein the sanitary toilet seat cover passes through the through hole; and a second cover covering the upper part of the first cover and including a second connection unit on the rear surface to be located at a position corresponding to the first connection unit, wherein the second cover includes a connection bar on the front to be located in the position corresponding to the connection groove, and an accommodation space formed inside to store the sanitary toilet seat cover. According to the present invention, the toilet seat cover supplying the sanitary toilet seat cover can supply the sanitary toilet seat cover unless a user additionally carries the sanitary toilet seat cover and can be easily installed and removed.
