The present invention aims to provide a safety swing stick tension apparatus of a shade driving apparatus, which requires a low manufacturing cost, has a simple composition, safely drives a rotation strap pulley by operation with a rotation strap, prevents the rotation strap from being extended or opened when the rotation strap is pulled from outside, and fundamentally prevents children from being suffocated by the rotation strap, comprising: a swing module (71) which is combined with a shade driving apparatus (4b) which has a function of returning a driving wheel member having a rotation strap (3), rotates at a certain angle, and guides the rotation strap (3) part, which is inserted into the shade driving apparatus (4b) and is taken out from the shade driving apparatus (4b), to be located outside at a certain angle; and a tension stick module (72) which has a long stick-shaped body (72a), which is combined with the swing module (71) by a combination member (72d), and is tightly and rotatably hung and supported by a rotating means (72b) which is placed on the other end on the opposite side to one side surface in which the rotation strap (3a) is combined with the swing module (71). The present invention can constrain the rotation strap (3) to prevent the head of a child from being put in between a rotation strap (3) and another rotation strap (3), which are extended towards the bottom side of the shade driving apparatus, or between a rotation strap (3) and the body (72a), and drive the shade driving apparatus (4b) by pulling the rotation strap (3) even in a position, which is distanced downwards at a certain angle from the shade driving apparatus (4b) by the swing module (71).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
