The present invention relates to a method for managing Korean native cattle entities and a method for predicting breeding of Korean native cattle entities. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for managing Korean native cattle entities, which classifies each of Korean native cattle entities according to a year of birth of the corresponding Korean native cattle entity, a gender of the corresponding Korean native cattle entity, and a place of birth of the corresponding Korean native cattle entity; which consecutively allocates a three-digit number, a single-digit number, and a single-digit number for the year of birth, the gender, and the place of birth; which attaches a four-digit number functioning as a per-entity unique number to the five-digit allocated number; which designates the nine-digit number as a unique number of the corresponding Korean native cattle entity; which attaches an indicator indicative of the designated unique number to the Korean native cattle entity; and which manages entity information, line information, specification information, and butchery information based on the unique number. The present invention relates to a method for predicting breeding of Korean native cattle entities, which analyzes breeding values based on the entity information butchery information regarding Korean native cattle entities managed by using the method for managing Korean native cattle entities, which analyzes coefficients of inbreeding based on the line information, and which determines a breeding combination for a target quality of meat and the target amount of meat through comparison of breeding values and coefficients of inbreeding regarding Korean native cattle entities to be bred. According to the present invention, Korean native cattle entities can be more systematically managed, inbred problems attributable to inbreeding of Korean native cattle entities can be prevented, and Korean native cattle entities having desirable genes for target characteristics can be produced and managed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
