The present invention relates to an intermediation method of international patent application for exchange patent. The method for intermediating the international patent application comprises: extracting an applicant, a filing date, the filing date of initial foreign application, a priority filing date, the name of the present invention, and the data of an agent as primary data; extracting the applicant, the filing date, the filing date of initial foreign application, the priority filing date, the name of the present invention, and the data of the agent as secondary data; making up a balancing table; and allowing a patent office of each country to balance the number of incoming applications and the number of outgoing applications.
