A biomimetic cilium-shaped underwater acoustic vector sensor of the present invention comprises: sensitive devices (21, 23) which vertically stand on the center of an annular frame (25) to form a cilium shape so as to sense a sound pressure coming from the outside to mechanically amplify the sound pressure; a plurality of receptors (22a, 22b, 22c) which are connected to the sensitive devices (21, 23) to convert an amplified signal to an electrical signal, and generate a voltage to match the magnitude of the electrical signal; and sensor-fixing legs (24a, 24b, 24c) which are integrally formed with the receptors (22a, 22b, 22c) to be fixed to corresponding parts (for example, a PCB substrate) using an output voltage of the receptors (22a, 22b, 22c). The biomimetic cilium-shaped underwater acoustic vector sensor is produced by using a powder injection molding method having a molding shape freedom degree, and a three-dimensional single cilium-shaped piezoelectric structure mimics cilium of fish to measure an acoustic vector signal under water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
