The present invention relates to a method for screening a treatment agent for estrogen receptor-mediated diseases using human glutathione S-transferase P1-1 (GSTP). More specifically, it has been found that ectopic expression of functionally-whole GSTP increases classic ERα signal activation in ERα-positive and GSTP protein-negative human mammary epithelial cancer, and a factor related to the GSTP-induced ERα regulation is receptor-interacting protein 140 (RIP140). Accordingly, the interaction of GSTP and RIP140 of the present invention may be beneficially used to screen a treatment agent for estrogen receptor-mediated diseases or an anticancer drug sensitizer screening treatment agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
