The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a walnut-shaped cookie, and a walnut-shaped cookie manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a walnut-shaped cookie comprises the following steps: (S100) manufacturing walnut powder; (S200) mixing the walnut powder and filling; (S300) manufacturing a walnut powder and filling paste; (S400) aging the walnut powder and filling paste; (S500) manufacturing an outer skin of covering the walnut powder and filling paste, wherein the outer skin is made by using flour, glutinous rice flour, blubbery powder and cactus powder; (S600) aging dough; (S700) manufacturing a walnut-shaped cookie molded article; (S800) heating the walnut-shaped cookie molded article; and (S900) decreasing the temperature of the walnut-shaped cookie molded article and completing a walnut-shaped cookie. The walnut-shaped cookie of the present invention comprises bioactive components and medicinal components contained in walnuts as active ingredients, allows consumers to enjoy a nutty taste native to walnuts and improves preference to be easily taken by consumers as a snack.
