The present invention relates to a real-time disaster prevention method for a chemicals accident capable of transferring information in real time. The real-time disaster prevention method for a chemical accident comprises: (a) a step of transferring chemical information (D) and an identifier (ID) of the chemical information to a main server (900) by a chemical manufacturing and treating facility terminal (300), and storing the chemicals information (D) and ID by a main server (900); (b) a step of transferring information that a chemical collecting facility terminal (100) recognizes the ID to the main server (900); (c) a step of transferring information that a chemical transporting terminal (200) recognizes the ID to the main server (900); and (d) a step of transferring information that the chemical manufacturing and treating facility terminal (300) recognizes the ID to the main server (900). The chemical collecting facility terminal, chemical transporting terminal, and chemical manufacturing and treating facility terminals (100, 200, 300) are electrically connected with accident sensors (120, 220, 320) or intelligent image sensing systems (125, 225, 325). When any one of the accident sensors (120, 220, 320) or the intelligent image sensing systems (125, 225, 325) detects an accident, disaster prevention information of the chemical information (D) stored in the main server (900) and corresponding to the ID is transferred to a disaster prevention terminal (400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
