The present invention relates to a safety helmet with a black box for east, west, south, and north directions, which is capable of detecting four directions. More specifically, the safety helmet with a black box comprises: a main control unit; a camera module for photographing surroundings through a connection terminal and a connection unit having a socket unit on a storage battery; and a control device for converting photographed images to storing the same, and transmitting the same in real-time. In addition, it is possible to check a location of the safety helmet via GPS, and to allow wearers of the safety helmet with a black box for east, west, south, and north directions to communicate with each other with a microphone, whereby the safety helmet can be used in everyday life, including general working site, construction site, leisure, academic exploration, and the like and can be used as motorcycle helmets, military helmets, and the like. Also, it is possible to monitor the safety helmet in real-time and perform post-confirmation if necessary, and the safety helmet can be immediately worn without a separate device means, thereby securing convenience and safety and enabling to quickly rescue a wearer from distress.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
