The present invention relates to a system for evaluating antibacterial efficacy for respiratory photofunctional endotracheal tubes under an in-vivo-like environment. More specifically, provided is a device for evaluating antibacterial efficacy, which comprises: a thermostatic tank; a first container disposed in the thermostatic tank; a second container disposed in the thermostatic tank; a light-blocked first catheter containing a polymeric resin and a photosensitizer while one end portion thereof is inserted into the first container; a second catheter containing the polymeric resin and the photosensitizer while one end portion thereof is inserted into the second container; and a light source irradiating the second catheter with light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
