The present invention relates to an upper plate reinforcing device for a bridge and a bridge construction method using the same. The present invention includes: a plurality of girders placed in two wall parts; a concrete slab placed in the upper part of the girders, and including a reinforcement bar structure in which reinforcement bars are arranged; a first tensing unit applying compressing force to a side of the concrete slab while applying pre-stress to a side of the girders by connecting a longitudinal end of the concrete slab with the girders; and a second tensing unit applying compressing force to the other side of the concrete slab while applying pre-stress to the other side of the girders by connecting the other longitudinal end of the concrete slab with the girders. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of minimizing bending moment and shearing force, caused in an upper plate adjacent to a wall part of a bent bridge, as well as enabling easy and simple construction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
