The present invention relates to a liquid culture medium composition for improving Beauveria bassiana spore formation, and to a culturing condition. In particular, when Beauveria bassiana is cultured, culturing in a conventional glucose, peptone, yeast extract (SDY) culture medium, in glucose, yeast extract, MgSO^4.7H^2O, K^2HPO_4 (GYMK), and in ERBM (extract liquid extracted by sterilizing rice bran by water (1:9) at 121°C for 15 minutes, (NH^4)_2SO_4) is compared. As a result, when culturing is performed in a GYMK culture medium of pH 5.0 and 25°C, it has been confirmed that bacteria growth and spore formation are 10 times excellent compared to a SDY culture medium. Moreover, to improve dispersibility during culturing, it is stable for the growth of bacteria to add 2% glycerol. A change in a color of a culture medium is not affected, and spores are effectively formed. Thus, the liquid culture medium composition can be useful in a condition of composing and culturing an optimal liquid culture medium of the Beauveria bassiana.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
