According to the present invention, an apparatus for planning a path of a moving object to avoid a plurality of obstacles includes: an interface portion for receiving area information on areas where a plurality of obstacles are located; and a control portion for selecting one of a plurality of candidate points on the same path as a next path point at a current path point of the moving object, wherein the next path point is closest to the position of a target among the candidate points not belonging to the areas where the plurality of obstacles are located.
