The present invention relates to a composite powder coated with a lipid complex layer and, more specifically, to a composite powder coated with a lipid complex layer which forms a lamella liquid crystal structure using a porous powder containing skin moisturizing components. The composite powder containing skin moisturizing components and coated with a lipid complex layer can be applied to a formulation which is not easy to hold skin moisturizing components and has improved compatibility with skin by forming a lamella liquid crystal structure which is a dead skin cell-similar structure, thereby improving moisturizing abilities, moisture holding capacity and moisture persistency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
