The present invention relates to a black vinegar-containing meat broth for cold noodles, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a black vinegar-containing meat broth for cold noodles, and a production method thereof. By using black vinegar, the meat broth gets to have inherent colors of the black vinegar, and also has specific delicate aroma while stimulating user′s appetite with clean and deep flavors. Moreover, the addition of nutrients such as essential amino acid and organic acid is possible as well, and the black vinegar-containing meat broth can lower viscosity of blood while exhibiting efficacy beneficial to health such as anti-aging functions and fat reduction effects.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
