The present invention provides an electrode for a dielectrophoresis based particle separation and collection apparatus having a noble type micro electrode structure which can achieve optimal separation and collection efficiency in the same channel structure. To obtain the purpose, the present invention provides the electrode for the dielectrophoresis based particle separation and collection apparatus, formed on an inner side of a channel formed of a regular cross section, comprising: a first horizontal electrode formed in a longitudinal direction on one tip end of an internal surface of the channel; a second horizontal electrode formed to be spaced at a regular interval from the first horizontal electrode; a third horizontal electrode formed to be spaced at a regular interval from the second horizontal electrode; a fourth horizontal electrode formed to be spaced at a regular interval from the third horizontal electrode; a fifth horizontal electrode formed in a longitudinal direction on the other tip end of the internal surface of the channel and formed to be spaced at a regular interval from the fourth horizontal electrode; a second vertical unit extending at both tip ends of the second horizontal electrode in the one tip end direction of the internal surface of the channel; a third vertical unit extending at both tip ends of the third horizontal electrode in the other tip end direction of the internal surface of the channel; and a fourth vertical unit extending at both tip ends of the fourth horizontal electrode in the other tip end direction of the internal surface of the channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
