The present invention relates to a high-capacity glove control valve. The high-capacity glove control valve comprises: a valve body having an inlet and an outlet and provided with first and second flange portions; a duct line having a fluid moving therethrough inside the valve body; a barrier wall formed in the duct line; a valve stem installed in a body space portion in the valve body to block the duct line; a valve port installed on one outer circumferential surface of the valve stem to open and close the flow of the fluid moving through the duct line by a vertical reciprocating motion of the valve stem; and a cage guide and a cage sheet tightly attached to the valve port to prevent the fluid from flowing out to the outside, when the valve port is vertically reciprocating. The duct line is S-shaped and the bottom surface thereof from the inlet to the barrier wall has a semicircular shape. As a result, a high-volume flow rate can be controlled by equal-sized valves and a loss due to a vortex in the valve can be minimized. In addition, the high-capacity glove control valve can be applied to high-temperature and high-pressure fluids, can minimize fluid leakage through double-sealing processing, and thus can reduce maintenance and repair costs and extend a service life thereof compared to conventional valves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
