Provided are a device for controlling microdroplets using magnetic force and sound waves, and a method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling microdroplets using the device for controlling microdroplets comprises the following steps: forming each different type of microdroplets into a single droplet; and applying sound waves to the droplet formed in the previous step so as to mix each different type of the microdroplets.
