The present invention relates to a diagnostic marker composition for Fusarium head blight and a kit comprising the same. The present invention can not only effectively detect the fungi causing Fusarium head blight, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium asiaticum, and Fusarium Fusarium boothii by using quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) from a total RNA sample of infected plants (rice), but also can identify disease development-specific genes to which qRT-PCR can be applied, and by using primers which are complementary thereto, the present invention can more rapidly identify the infection and the possibility of disease development due to pathogenic Fusarium fungi in a host plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
