The present invention relates to a diagnostic marker composition for Fusarium head blight and a kit comprising the same. In case where Fusarium head blight develops due to Fusarium head blight pathogens from Fusarium graminearum complex, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium asiaticum, and Fusarium Fusarium boothii, the present invention provides a marker composition comprising oligonucleotides of an optimal diagnostic gene for determining the infection of the pathogens and the disease progress in a disease development stage. The present invention relates to a kit comprising the composition for effectively diagnosing the development of diseases due to the pathogens by confirming oligonucleotides complementary to standardized diagnostic genes used in real-time quantitative PCR under various conditions. The present invention can not only effectively detect the fungi causing Fusarium head blight, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium asiaticum, and Fusarium Fusarium boothii by using quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) from a total RNA sample of infected plants (rice), but also can identify disease development-specific genes to which qRT-PCR can be applied, and by using primers which are complementary thereto, the present invention can more rapidly identify the infection and the possibility of disease development due to pathogenic Fusarium fungi in a host plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
