The present invention relates to a rapid hypersensitive food reaction diagnostic kit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rapid hypersensitive food reaction diagnostic kit which can check a hypersensitive immune food reaction through a diagnosis pad including a plurality of inspection lines having multiple food antigens, comparison lines, and reference lines for classifying multiple antigens through a standard colorimetric table classifying different signal values for individual antigens while being arranged on a side of the inspection lines. According to the present invention, a hypersensitive food reaction diagnosis system using the rapid hypersensitive food reaction diagnostic kit can check a real-time analysis result from information collected and analyzed in the diagnosis pad and an information storage unit.
