The present invention relates to a digital notarization method of a contract using image authentication of a main contractor. In a method performed through a server managing an electronic contract between a subcontractor and a main contractor, the digital notarization method of a contract comprises: a first step of generating an electronic document of the contract finally agreed between the main contractor and the subcontractor based on contract information exchanged between a terminal of the main contractor and a terminal of the subcontractor; a second step of generating an original copy of the electronic document of the contract to which an electronic signature value of the main contractor and an electronic signature value of the subcontractor are attached by performing electronic signing procedures of the main contractor and the subcontractor with respect to the finally agreed electronic document of the contract; a third step of storing the generated original copy of the electronic document of the contract in a designated electronic document repository; a fourth step of allowing the terminal of the main contractor to provide the electronic document of the contract to be electronically notarized to a designated notary′s terminal when an electronic notarization request is made with respect to the electronic document of the contract through the terminal of the main contractor; a fifth step of generating an original copy of a notarization document of the contract to which at least a notary′s electronic signature value is attached from the notary′s terminal by performing an electronic signing procedure of the notary with respect to the notarization document of the contract generated by including the electronic document of the contract based on at least one image authentication including image authentication between the notary and the main contractor; and a sixth step of storing the original copy of the notarization document of the contract in the electronic document repository by linking the original copy of the notarization document of the contract with the original copy of the electronic document of the contract.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
