An X-ray detector is disclosed. Provided is the X-ray detector which includes: a low-energy X-ray detecting sensor module positioned in the traveling direction of an X-ray passing through a sample; a filter unit located in the traveling path of the X-ray passing through the low-energy X-ray detecting sensor module and filtering a low-energy X-ray; and a high-energy X-ray detecting sensor module for sensing a high-energy X-ray passing through the filter unit.
